Career Coaching

About Me

About Me, Education and Accreditation

In order to carry a positive action, we need to develop a positive vision. –Dalai Lama

There’s a part of you that knows and senses it’s time to change something. That’s the part that gets empowered and coached.

In order to create the career and life you want, the power of stories that we tell ourselves can limit or enlarge our lives. I believe in the transformative promise of second acts – or next chapters – in careers and life. I believe it because I am living it.

I’m committed to helping you discover the wisdom that’s already inside you. Our work helps you see that wisdom and act on it, with the potential of transforming not only your career but your life more fulfilling.

My work life has included leadership positions in corporate, governmental and non-profit organizations. As satisfying as all this work was, my greatest joy and satisfaction came after being unexpectedly forced to retire due to a chronic medical condition.

I decided to build on my favorite part of every job that I ever had: assisting staff and colleagues to see and develop their gifts and talents, identify what was holding them back and supporting their efforts to create a path forward.
